GUIDE TO COHEN STADIUM

Please follow these guidelines to ensure that your time at Cohen Stadium is enjoyable and memorable.


Alcohol Policy - Laws prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors (under 21 years of age), intoxicated persons and those without proper identification. For the safety of the fans, alchohol sales conclude at the end of the seventh inning.

Animals - Animals are not allowed in Cohen Stadium with the excerption of certified guide dogs for the disable and on specified dog days.

Autographs - Autographs will be allowed prior to and after every game. Refer to the calendar for specific player promo+
tions that allow closer access.

Conduct - Fans using foul or abusive language or appearing in an intoxicated condition will be ejected from the ballpark. Fans who enter onto the playing field or interfere with the playing of the game will be escorted from the ballpark by the El Paso Police Department and subject to arrest.

Containers - Cans, bottles, beverages, food, and coolers are prohibited from being brought into the stadium, unless medically necessary.

Dugouts - Individuals are not allowed on or in the dugouts at any time.

First Aid - Fans in need of medical attention should inform a police officer, concession worker, usher or staff member immediately. Emergency medical service is available on the main concourse (first bast side, next to the restrooms).

Foul Balls - Fans are entitled to keep any baseball landing in the seats. Please stay alert at all times to avoid injury. Batted balls and bats sailing into the stands can be VERY DANGEROUS. Please do not reach over the gate onto the playing surface to retrieve foul balls and also please to not push and/or shove other fans in order to track down a ball.

Gates - Admission to the stadium is one hour prior to game time.

Lost and Found - Before, during or immediately following the game, fans who have lost or found an item should report it to the Speaking Rock Entertainment Center Information Booth. To locate lost items on non-game days, please call the Front Office at (915) 755-2000

Restrooms - Mens & Ladies restrooms are located on the main concourse along the first and third base sides.

Speaking Rock Entertainment Center Information Booth - Speaking Rock is proud to sponsor the information booth for the 2009 season. The information booth is located on the main concourse across from the Village Inn Autograph Booth.

Security - Officers of the El Paso Police Department are present before, during and after all games throughout the stadium. If a police officer is needed at any time, please notify a staff member or usher, or go to the Speaking Rock Information Booth located on the main concourse.

Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in all seats, restrooms and elevators at Cohen Stadium. Fans are permitted to smoke on the concourse in the designated smoking areas. Ask a staff member or an usher for locations.

Videoboard and PA Announcements - All requests for birthday announcements or special welcomes must be called into the Cohen Stadium Director of Marketing, Holly McWatters, at (915) 755-2000 or e-mailed to hmcwatters@diablos.com. Please call and e-mail messages 48 hours prior to the event.
