Speakers Bureau / Appearances

The El Paso Diablos Speakers Bureau provides speakers for a variety of organizations including schools, civic clubs and local associations.  Players and Diablos front office staff members make several appearances each month in the El Paso area.  All individuals are scheduled according to availability.  Requests for appearances must be made in writing on the organization's letterhead at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.  The request(s) can be sent via mail or fax to:

El Paso Diablos Donation Program

The El Paso Diablos Donation Program was established to assist with the fund-raising efforts of non-profit organizations within the community.   The program also supports area schools, civic organizations, religious organizations, and youth sports teams.  Donations are often used in auctions/raffles or as incentives for participation in special programs.  Donation requests must be made in writing on the organization's letterhead at least two weeks prior to the event date.  The donation request(s) can be sent via mail or fax to:

TKO Program

The TKO (Take-A-Kid Out to the ballpark) Program was designed to bring under-privileged kids from various groups throughout the greater El Paso area to the ballpark to watch the Diablos in action.  During selected games throughout the season, tickets are provided to various groups and organizations.  These groups are recognized on the scoreboard and the PA system.  This program has been very popular in that it allows kids the opportunity to support Diablos baseball and take part in some exciting promotions throughout the year.

Partners in Education

The Diablos believe that education is vital and are pleased to be a Partner in Education with the five major school districts in the greater El Paso area.  As a Partner in Education, the Diablos are committed to providing resources to assist in the educational programs of these school districts.  Diablos players and staff participate in several school events each year including:  Career Days, Reading programs, Science Fairs, Award ceremonies, and Fund-Raising events.
