The Diablos had one big inning and were then able to hold off the Grand Prairie AirHogs winning 6-4 at QuickTrip Park on Monday night. The Diablos win game one of a series for the sixth straight series.

In a tight game, it was once again Pensacola that was able to come up with the big hits down the stretch as they took down the El Paso Diablos 5-3 at Jim Spooner Field on Thursday night.

El Paso’s pitching staff held down the Pensacola offense for much of the night, but the Pelicans finally were able to break through in the bottom of the tenth inning, as they beat the Diablos 1-0 in ten innings on Wednesday night at Jim Spooner Field.

Shaun Ellis pitched well and led the Diablos to a 8-4 win over the Pensacola Pelicans at Jim Spooner Field on Tuesday night. The Diablos offense and pitching both stepped up big as they were able to pull away from the Pelicans late to pick up their seventh win of the season.

The El Paso Diablos dropped the rubber game of their series with the Grand Prairie AirHogs, falling 9-5 in game three of the series on Sunday night at Cohen Stadium.

The balls were certainly flying at Cohen Stadium on Saturday night, unfortunately of El Paso, most of them were flying in Grand Prairie’s favor as the AirHogs beat the Diablos 13-7.
