The El Paso Diablos were looking for a win and most importantly looking for a run against Wichita as they were held scoreless in the first two games against the Wingnuts. The Diablos had opportunities as they cut the deficit to one before a mental mistake ended their scoring opportunity in the ninth as they fell 6-5 Wednesday afternoon to Wichita at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium.

The Wichita Wingnuts were coming off last night's dominant pitching performance as they held the Diablos scoreless and only allowed three hits in the game and tonight they equal that performance as they handed El Paso their second consecutive shutout loss as they beat the Diablos 9-0 Tuesday night at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium.

Wichita's starting pitcher Junior Guerra was in control the entire game as he only allowed one hit against the Diablos and received help from his offense as they exploded for 15 hits en route to a 10-0 shutout victory Monday night at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium.

EL PASO, TX – Pointstreak, the official statistician of the American Association, has selected El Paso Diablos RHP Scott Hodsdon as the Pointstreak Pitcher of the Week. Hodsdon, 26, joined the Diablos just two weeks ago, and has been making his mark ever since.

The Grand Prairie Airhogs and El Paso Diablos had a back and forth affair all night long as they went toe-to-toe taking each others best shots before the Airhogs ran away from the Diablos as they won 14-7 Sunday night at QuikTrip Park.

El Paso Diablos pitcher Scott Hodsdon was virtually unhittable as he only allowed only three hits over seven innings of work to send the Diablos on their way to a 14-0 victory against the Grand Prairie Airhogs on Saturday night at QuikTrip Park.

The El Paso Diablos were leading 2-1 through seven innings as Wardell Starling once again set the Diablos up for the victory, but the relievers could not maintain the lead and the Airhogs scored the winning run as Tyler Henley stole home in the bottom of the ninth to drop El Paso 3-2 Thursday night at QuikTrip Park.

The El Paso Diablos were a game away from tying the longest losing streak in the American Association, but pitcher Adam Rowe and the Diablos offense put an end to the skid as they defeated Amarillo 8-4 Thursday night at Cohen Stadium.

Amarillo pitcher Ryan Mitchell had a one-hitter through six innings and had plenty of help from his offense as the Sox cruised to a 14-2 victory over the Diablos Wednesday night at Cohen Stadium.
