2011 DIABLOS SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

EL PASO- The Diablos will open their sixth season in the American Association at home against the Kansas City T-Bones with a seven day homestand starting May 12, 2011. The Kansas City T-Bones are one of four teams added to the American Association this fall including the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, the Gary SouthShore Railcats, the Winnipeg Goldeyes, and Amarillo, TX; making it North America’s largest independent league. It would not be a Diablo baseball season without the always amazing Independence Day Celebration, which features the largest fireworks display on July 4th. The Diablos will conclude their 2011 regular season at home with a four day homestand against the Wichita Wingnuts August 27-30.

The Diablos will face some new opponents both on the road and at home at Cohen Stadium throughout their 100-game schedule; the Kansas City T-Bones and the new Amarillo club.

The 2011 promotional schedule promises new, exciting, out of the box promotions. As always, it will feature fan favorite promotions such as Firework Fridays, Thirsty Thursdays and Quartermania Sundays. Once again, the Diablos are excited to support our military with several Military Nights throughout the season. The Diablos will host 21 weekend dates in 2011. The complete promotional schedule will be released in February.
